Returns

With our company, the customer may return the product(s) concerned (in their original condition and accompanied by all commercial documents included with the delivery).

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the original order. Only the price of the returned product(s) will be refunded. The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the products by our company, using the payment method chosen at purchase.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised from the time the order is placed, after the customer has received delivery of the products. The criteria are based on the original condition and a state that allows resale. The company reserves the right to refuse products that do not meet these return conditions and to send them back to the customer.

Return procedure

To ensure optimal processing of your return, please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact customer service by email at contact@crunchyvita.com

specifying the invoice number and the products concerned.

2. Prepare the products concerned

in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice.

3. Return the parcel to the following address:

ALTEORA, 1460 Chemin des Terriers Building B-04 06600 Antibes.

The parcel must be dropped off at a post office within 14 days from the date of return authorization.

Upon receipt of your parcel, our quality service will verify the integrity of the return and the acceptance conditions. If the conditions are met, we will proceed with a refund or replacement and send the products within 3 to 5 working days from the time your return is taken in charge by our warehouse.

Refund

Refunds are issued according to the payment method and currency used at purchase.

We will refund your returned item as soon as possible after its receipt. The credit to your bank account will be effective within 7 to 10 working days.
