Shipping Policy
Preparation and shipping
Orders placed on www.crunchyvita.com are prepared and dispatched within an indicative period of 48 business hours from validation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
As soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the Customer receives a shipping confirmation email including, where applicable, a tracking number to follow the shipment.
During periods of high activity, the preparation time may exceptionally be extended to 72 business hours.
Delivery is organized via the Boxtal platform, which allows CrunchyVita to select a partner carrier according to the chosen delivery method, destination, and options available at the time of order. Orders may be delivered to the Customer's home, workplace, or a pickup point, depending on the option selected during purchase.
In case of absence
If the Customer is absent at the time of home delivery, a delivery notice may be left by the carrier, or the Customer may be contacted according to the carrier's procedures.
Where the delivery method allows it, the Customer may also provide delivery instructions to the carrier.
If the parcel is not collected within the allotted time, especially at a pickup point, it may be returned to our warehouse.
Missing information or incomplete details
The Customer must provide all information required for proper shipment of the order, including: full address, phone number, name, access code, floor, or any other useful delivery detail.
In the event of an error, omission, or incomplete information preventing delivery, our company cannot be held liable for the inability to deliver the order under the planned conditions.
The parcel may then be returned to our warehouse. The Customer must contact customer service to arrange a new shipment, which may be re-invoiced to the Customer.
Delivery issues
Products are shipped at our company's risk, except in specific cases related to a Customer fault, an incorrect address, or missing information provided at the time of order.
Upon receipt, the Customer must check the condition of the parcel and the number of delivered products.
Any reservation related to delivery (damaged parcel, missing product, damaged packaging, opened parcel, etc.) must be stated precisely to the carrier or on any delivery document provided at receipt, and the Customer must keep proof.

Free delivery in France to Chronopost pickup points from 40 EUR of purchases may be offered depending on the conditions displayed on www.crunchyvita.com at the time of order. This statement currently appears in the Terms of Sale available on the site.
